Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Biddexia. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. Please read the section on data accuracy carefully.

1. Who we are and these terms
Biddexia (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a procurement intelligence service for the UK public-sector procurement market. Biddexia is an independent early-stage software product and is not currently incorporated as a UK company. These terms form an agreement between you, or the organisation you represent, and Biddexia. If you are using Biddexia on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for it.
2. Eligibility
Biddexia is a business tool. You must be at least 18 years old and use it for business purposes. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity under your account.
3. The service
Biddexia monitors UK public-sector tender notices, detects changes such as deadline shifts and corrigenda, scores opportunities as GO, MAYBE or NO-GO, and sends keyword-matched alerts. The service evolves, and we may add, change or remove features over time.
4. Plans, pricing and billing
- We offer a free read-only Viewer plan with limited features, and paid subscription plans.
- Paid subscriptions are billed through our payment provider, Stripe, monthly or annually in advance.
- Current prices and plan limits are shown on our pricing page and at checkout.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.
- Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable for partial periods.
- We do not currently offer free trial periods. Access to paid features requires an active paid subscription.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- scrape, copy or resell the data or output of the service, except your own permitted use within your organisation;
- reverse engineer, interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the service;
- share your account with people outside your subscription, or exceed the seats or limits of your plan;
- use the service in any way that is unlawful or that could damage Biddexia or other users.
6. Data accuracy and your decisions
Biddexia aggregates information from public-sector and third-party sources and applies automated scoring, including AI-generated GO, MAYBE and NO-GO verdicts and bid-fit checks. These are decision-support tools. We do not guarantee that the information or scores are accurate, complete or up to date, and they may contain errors.
Every bid, no-bid and commercial decision you make remains your own responsibility. You should always verify opportunities, deadlines and requirements against the official notice and contracting authority before acting. Biddexia is not a substitute for professional, legal or procurement advice.
7. Third-party and public data
The service draws on public sources such as Find a Tender and other official procurement portals. Those sources remain subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or content.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Biddexia service, including its software, design and scoring models. You may use the service and its output for your own business purposes under these terms, but you do not acquire any other rights in it. Any content you provide remains yours, and you grant us the rights needed to operate the service for you.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service available and reliable, but we provide it “as is” and cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may carry out maintenance or suspend the service where necessary.
10. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, Biddexia is not liable for any loss of profit, business, contracts, opportunities or anticipated savings, or for any indirect or consequential loss, arising from your use of, or reliance on, the service. Our total liability to you in any twelve-month period is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in that period.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms. On termination, your right to use the service ends, and we may delete your data in line with our Privacy Policy.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we make a material change we will update the date at the top of this page, and your continued use of the service means you accept the updated terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
