By accessing or using Biddexia (“the Platform”, “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Biddexia is a private intelligence platform that aggregates, analyses, and delivers insights about UK public sector procurement opportunities. The Service uses artificial intelligence to help businesses identify, assess, and respond to government tenders.
3. Data Sources & Open Government Licence
Biddexia collects and processes procurement data from publicly available government sources, including but not limited to the Find a Tender Service and datasets published under the Open Government Licence v3.0 (OGL v3.0).
In accordance with OGL v3.0 requirements, Biddexia acknowledges that the information sourced from these datasets is subject to Crown copyright and is reproduced here for informational purposes only.
Biddexia is a private commercial platform and has no affiliation, partnership, endorsement, or restricted data arrangement with any UK government body, department, or agency. Use of public procurement datasets does not imply any governmental relationship.
4. User Obligations
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell data extracted from the Platform.
- Use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any unlawful content.
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
- Circumvent any access controls or technical security measures.
5. Intellectual Property
All Platform features, AI models, algorithms, branding, and proprietary compilations of data are the intellectual property of Biddexia and its licensors. Public sector data is reproduced under OGL v3.0 as noted above.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Biddexia does not warrant that information on the Platform is complete, accurate, or up-to-date. AI-generated analyses are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or commercial advice.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Biddexia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
